Virginia Beach, Va. – A Virginia Beach grand jury has indicted Kareem Turner in the death of Norfolk police officer Victor Decker.
Turner was indicted for second-degree murder in Decker’s murder.
Raymond Perry has also been charged in the 2010 death of Officer Decker.
He faces the death penalty.
