UPDATE: Police identify 5 arrested Norfolk weekend shootings

NORFOLK – Police have made five arrests after a series of weekend shootings that wounded 15 people in several neighborhoods, Norfolk Police confirmed Monday.

Police say three adults and one 17 year old juvenile have been arrested for the shooting that occurred on Jubilee Street. One adult has been charged in the shooting on Bagnall Road.

Trenton D. Holland, 18, has been charged with one count of malicious wounding and one count of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

Jaquan D. Lawrence, 19, has been charged with one count of malicious wounding and one count of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

Javon D. Reap, 19, has been charged with one count of malicious wounding and one count of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

The 17-year-old juvenile has been charged with malicious wounding.

Darius K. Dennis, 20, was charged in the Bagnall Road shooting. He has been charged with one count of malicious wounding, two counts of attempted malicious wounding, three counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and one count of shooting into an occupied vehicle.

Two of the weekend shootings happened in the Diggs Town apartments just a block apart. Three other shootings were reported in separate neighborhoods. It is still unclear if any of the shootings were related.

Police said none of the wounds were life-threatening. As of Monday, police say the victims in each incident are stable.
