Twenty-seven-year-old Alphonso White and 19-year-old Michael Johnson were gunned down last Tuesday morning at the Rally's on 845 Lynnhaven Parkway.
Police say Alphonso worked at Rally's and his brother was just there to give him a ride.
Cheari Edwards and her boyfriend Deandre Dunnaway are behind bars accused in the murders.
