Case against man accused in Rite Aid shooting to move forward

The case against Bernell Benn is moving forward. A judge certified the charges today.

Benn is charged with murder in the Rite Aid shooting that killed Ramon Colorado.

Police say the two were arguing over a spot in line when the shooting started.

The case will now move to the grand jury.
