NewsChannel 3’s Juliet Bickford stuck in weekend traffic over 5 hours

Over the weekend, many drivers were stuck in traffic for hours after VDOT closed the HRBT and the JRB for scheduled maintenance. One of those frustrated drivers included NewsChannel 3’s Juliet Bickford.
