DELAWARE COUNTY, Ohio – According to the Norfolk Police Department, a Grand Jury in Delaware County has indicted Wesley Hadsell on two counts of rape, one count of Kidnapping, and one count of Felonious Assault.
The Delaware County office notified Norfolk Police that the indictment stems from an incident that occurred in Ohio in 2005.
Hadsell was connected by a jailhouse informant to the death of his stepdaughter, 18-year-old AJ Hadsell, but has never been charged.
