NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - Crews with the Newport News Fire Department responded to an apartment fire on Manor Road Friday evening.
Around 8:15 p.m., the fire department said the fire was under control.
No injuries to residents or firefighters were reported.
The Red Cross is helping the people who were affected by the fire.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
