VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - The Virginia Beach Police Department is investigating a shooting in the 1400 block of Gates Tree Court that left two men dead Monday.
Police responded to Ocean Gate Apartments near NAS Oceana at 5:04 p.m.
Authorities have confirmed that one woman is suffering from life-threatening injuries but is expected to be okay. One person has been detained for questioning.
Police say there is no threat to public safety.
This is being investigated as a homicide.
