Best Halloween candy for your teeth

Halloween is known as the number one day for free candy. But, that stuff could do some major damage to our teeth.

In short, sticky, sour or hard candies are worse for teeth because they can get stuck and leave sugar behind. Chocolate, particularly dark chocolate is far better, especially when you factor in the other health benefits it offers.

Enjoy!
