Amazon is offering seasonal work from home at their Virtual Contact Center.

The position is a Customer Service Associate role and pays $10 an hour.

The offer is not for all 50 states, but Virginia and North Carolina made the cut.

The job description is seasonal work from home, offering full time hours only. The ideal candidate should be internet savvy and needs technical aptitude when it comes to online tools and research. The candidate should be able to think outside the box, solve problems, answer questions, and resolve concerns presented by Amazon customers.Customer contact is primarily by phone and the candidate should be ale to help deliver customer results.

The position is hourly and is $10/hour with bonus opportunities, and employee discount, and dedicated resources to support ongoing growth and development of the candidate.

Seasonal employees may remain with Amazon in a temporary capacity for up to six months, depending on business need. There may also be opportunities for regular long term employment.

Hours for all staff increase during peak season (November-January).

The Virtual Contact Center is open from 3 a.m. – 12 a.m. Pacific Time and flexibility is required for the position. Shifts include days, afternoons, and evenings, typically one or both weekend days, and occasional overtime.
