ALDI to open a Chesapeake store in September

CHESAPEAKE, Va. – The grocery store ALDI will be opening its doors on Portsmouth Blvd. in September!

The store is known for its high-quality grocery items at low prices.

There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony September 29 at 8:45 a.m. and from there doors will be open to shoppers.

The first 100 shoppers will receive a golden ticket, each containing ALDI gift certificates of various amounts.

The new location, at 4107 Portsmouth Blvd., will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday.
