VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Police are investigating after two people were shot at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront early Sunday morning.
Officers were called to the 300 block of 22nd Street around 2:30 a.m. on a report of a gunshot wound.
When police arrived, they located two people who had been shot. One person was pronounced deceased on the scene and the other was transported to a local hospital with non life threatening injuries.
