NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – Newport News Vice Mayor Tina Vick is facing allegations of conflict of interest and campaign finance reporting.
Norfolk Commonwealth’s Attorney Gregory Underwood will serve as a special prosecutor in the investigation.
Underwood’s office was appointed by the Newport News Circuit Court, according to a staff member at the Norfolk Commonwealth Attorney’s office.
