PORTSMOUTH, Va. - The Director of the Portsmouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority Hal Short has been fired according to Councilman Bill Moody.
The authority's website says a specially called Commissioners' Meeting on Tuesday, August 6, 2016 would address personnel matters.
