 I-264 East: Single lane closure Monday through Thursday, July 25-28 from 8 p.m. each night until 5 a.m. the following morning.

I-264 West: Full tunnel closure Wednesday, July 27 from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following morning.

U.S. 58 East: Full weekend tunnel closure from Friday, July 29 at 8 p.m. through Monday, August 1 at 5 a.m.

U.S. 58/ London Boulevard East: Off-ramp full closure Monday through Thursday, July 25-28 from 8 p.m. each night until 5 a.m. the following morning.

 I-264 East/Frederick Boulevard: Off-ramp intermittent stoppages Wednesday through Friday, July 27-29 from 8 p.m. each night until 5 a.m.

  • I-64 Widening Project, Newport News/York County: Single-lane closures eastbound and westbound July 24-28 as early as 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following morning. All work will take place between Jefferson Avenue and Lee Hall, and one lane will remain open to traffic at all times.   • Elizabeth River Tunnels/Martin Luther King, Jr. Freeway:  Please check Elizabeth River Tunnels website for the latest closure and detour information regarding the Downtown Tunnel, Midtown Tunnel and the MLK Freeway.
  • Terminal Boulevard Resurfacing, Norfolk: Nightly weeknight closures eastbound as follows:
  • Weeknights July 25-28 from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following morning.
  • I-64 Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel: Single-lane closures and alternating lane closures eastbound and westbound:
  • Eastbound July 24-28 from 9 p.m. until as late as 4:30 a.m. the following morning.
  • Westbound July 26-28 from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following morning.
  • I-664 Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel: Alternating lane closures northbound and single-lane closures southbound as follows. One lane will remain open at all times:
  • Northbound/ Southbound July 26-28 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
  • Southbound July 27 from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following morning.
  • I-64 High Rise Bridge: Single-lane closures as follows. Westbound July 25-28 from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following morning.
  • I-564 Eastbound/Westbound, Norfolk: Daytime and night-time single-lane closures as follows. One lane will remain open at all times:
    • I-564 Eastbound July 25-28 from 7 p.m. until 4 a.m. between Terminal Boulevard and Norfolk Naval Station Gate 3A & 3.
  • I-64 Eastbound, Hampton: Closures from Magruder Boulevard to Mercury Boulevard.  Three ramps will be closed as follows:  The on-ramp from Magruder Boulevard to I-64 eastbound will be closed July 20-26 from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following morning.
    • The I-64 eastbound off-ramp to Mercury Boulevard will be closed July 20-26 from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following morning.
    • The Mercury Boulevard on-ramp to I-64 eastbound will be closed July 25-28 from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following morning.
  • I-64 Eastbound, James City County/York County: Alternating lane closures eastbound July 25-28 from 7 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following morning between VA-607 Croaker and Lightfoot. One lane will remain open at all times.
  • I-64 Eastbound/Westbound, York County: Single-lane closures eastbound July 25-28 from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following morning between Camp Peary and West Queens Drive Overpass. One lane will remain open at all times.
  • I-264 Westbound, Norfolk: Single-lane closures eastbound July 25-28 from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following morning at City Hall Avenue. One lane will remain open at all times.
  • Route 644 (Turner Drive) Eastbound/Westbound, Isle of Wight County: Alternating lane closures eastbound and westbound July 25-30 from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. One lane will remain open at all times.
  • Route 301 Sussex Drive, Greensville County: Consecutive left northbound lane closure for bridge replacement June 23 through late summer on Route 301.
  • Route 680 over Stallings Creek, Isle of Wight County: Full consecutive closure on Route 680 over Stallings Creek for bridge replacement May 16 through June 2017.
  • Route 621 over Passenger Swamp, Isle of Wight County: Full consecutive closure on Route 621 over Passenger Swamp for bridge replacement June 28 through June 2017.
  • George Washington Memorial Highway (Route 17), York County: Crews are widening the road between Route 630 (Wolf Trap Road) and Route 706 (Hampton Highway). Daytime single-lane closures, from 9 a.m.to 3 p.m. and weeknight single-lane closures, from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Expect traffic shifts and delays. CHESAPEAKE ROAD WORK:  Battlefield Blvd/Medical Pkwy intersection closures Monday, July 11 through September

Public Utilities will close various lanes at the Battlefield Blvd and Medical Pkwy intersection over the next 10 weeks for the replacement of water and sewer lines in the area.  Next week the right-turn lane on Medical Pkwy will be closed.
