FRANKLIN - Christopher Alan Hogge, an Isle of Wight County Pastor and Director of Franklin Social Services, faces a total of 19 child pornography charges, after being arrested again this week.

According to court documents, Hogge was charged with 11 more child pornography charges on July 13th. He was first charged with 8 counts in May, after pictures of children in sexual positions were found on his twitter account. The IP address for the account was traced back to Hogge's home, which is connected to the church, where Hogge served as a Pastor. Though, that's not the only place Hogge allegedly viewed and distributed child pornography.

During an interview with Detectives, Hogge reportedly admitted to using the printer at Franklin Social Services to print more than 200 images of male child pornography five years ago. He kept those pictures at his desk there, according to court documents.

The city manager of Franklin says Hogge has been suspended without pay. He says the decision to do that was made after Hogge's arrest in May. He will remain suspended pending the outcome of his trial. The city manager would not comment any further on the allegations against Hogge.
