A few more showers and storms today, then drier weather for the weekend…A chance for a shower or storm this evening and into the overnight hours as the cold front continues to sag southward. Highs today in the low to mid 80s. Lows near 70.

Saturday will feature drier conditions with just a slight chance for a lingering shower. Highs in the upper 70s to lower 80s. It’ll be a sunny Sunday with highs in the lower 80s.

The start of the work week looks to be a dry one with shower and storm chances heading into Tuesday.

Tonight: Partly to mostly cloudy. Isolated showers/storms possible (25%). Low temperatures in the upper 60s. Winds: NE 5-10 mph.

Tomorrow: Clouds and sun. Isolated showers (20%). High temperatures near 80. Winds: NE 10-20+ mph.

Tomorrow night: Partly cloudy and dry with lows in the mid to upper 60s.

Disorganized showers and thunderstorms continue over the Bay of Campeche in association with a broad area of low pressure.  Development of this system is not expected, but locally heavy rain is possible when the low moves inland over eastern Mexico n Saturday.
