ORLANDO, Fla. – The City of Orlando is slowly starting to publish the names of the victims killed in a mass shooting at Pulse, a gay night club.
The shooting is the deadliest mass shooting in the United States and the nation’s worst terror attack since 9/11, authorities said Sunday.
The city announced in a news conference Sunday that they set up a page on their website listing the names and ages of the victims.
A total of 49 people were killed and 53 were hospitalized.
The city included this excerpt above the list:
On this very difficult day, we offer heartfelt condolences to today’s victims and their families. Our City is working tirelessly to get as much information out to the families so they can begin the grieving process. Please keep the following individuals in your thoughts and prayers. #PrayforOrlando
