HAMPTON, Va. – Two people were cut out of a car after a two-vehicle crash on West Pembroke Avenue at Aberdeen Road.
Police received a call at 7:28 p.m.
It took crews 15 minutes to cut the two people out of the car. Both people were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
