NORFOLK, Va. - An 18-year-old man is recovering after being shot in the 1700 block of Vernon Drive on Tuesday night.
Norfolk Police responded to the area around 10:45 p.m. for reports of a possible gunshot victim.
The victim was found suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound. He was transported by paramedics to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
