NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk dispatch received a call of an overturned tractor trailer near the westbound I-264 Military Highway off ramp, exit 13A, Friday afternoon.
There have been no reports of injuries but the off ramp was closed.
Virginia State Police are on scene.
