Severe weather swept through Colorado on Saturday, spawning several tornadoes near the Nebraska border.

The National Weather Service is reportedly investigating at least 15 reports of tornadoes in the eastern Plains, according to KDVR.

At this point, the National Weather Service said three to five tornadoes actually touched down. It said Sunday night that the tornadoes added up to an EF-2 rating, reaching peak wind speeds of 115-120 mph.

Authorities say at least five people were injured and three homes were damaged.

The tornado that caused the most damage was a half-mile wide and left a six-mile path of damage.
