Are you finding yourself a little stressed out these days? Apparently, you have a lot of company.
A recent study from Zippia found three out of the top 10 stressed places in Virginia are in Hampton Roads.
Norfolk ranked number three in the survey, Portsmouth ranked number seven and Hampton rounded out the top 10.
The stress level was measured by six criteria: unemployment rate, hours worked, population density, percentage of income spend on rent and percentage of population without health insurance.
