WASHINGTON, D.C. – The NFL has asked the Supreme Court to take up its case over the controversial Redskins trademark.
Back in July, a district judge ruled the Redskins trademark registration be revoked.
The NFL wants the Supreme Court to review that ruling.
They want it to happen before the appellate court makes their decision on the case.
