MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – General Mills Inc. has confirmed two new flavors of Cheerios will soon be appearing on grocery store shelves.
In a trendy move, the company plans to introduce a limited-time pumpkin spice version of the cereal later this year, according to Bloomberg.
They confirmed the reports in a tweet, simply saying, “Oh, it’s real” in response to an inquiry about the product.
The company also announced they have started the limited-time release of strawberry Cheerios.
However, with the introduction of the new flavors comes the exit of another. Multigrain peanut butter Cheerios, introduced in 2012, are reportedly disappearing soon.
