VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Police were back at a home they searched Monday where they investigated a suspicious powder. This time they were searching the car of a woman who lives at the home.
Neighbors identified the woman as Debbie Siers-Hill.
Police served her papers, patted her down and put crime scene tape up before searching a white car that neighbors said belongs to her.
Siers-Hill's boyfriend, Fred Brooks, died in February. According to court documents, his family believes Siers-Hill poisoned him to gain control of his estate.
She denied the allegations.
