Two arrested during meth lab investigation in Williamsburg

Williamsburg, Va. – Two people were arrested after an investigation into a possible meth lab at a home in Williamsburg.

Police served a search warrant at 504 Musket Drive around 6:30 a.m. Monday morning.

Investigators discovered that several people had been cooking meth using a one pot method that appeared to be for personal use.

Police arrested 45-year-old Paul F. Dunn and 41-year-old Katrina J. Welch. Both were charged with manufacturing meth, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and a possession of a firearm while in the possession of a controlled substance.

Welch was additionally charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
