Candra Elizabeth Williams
Virginia Beach, Va. - A 23-year-old woman was arrested for the fatal stabbing of a 22-year-old Jamel Rakel Powell Sunday morning.
Police were called to the 5600 block of Dodington Court shortly after 1 a.m.
Upon arrival, officers located Powell suffering from multiple stab wounds. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Candra Elizabeth Williams was arrested and charged with second degree murder.
The incident remains under investigation.
