Chesapeake, Va. - One Chesapeake man is taking the love for Krispy Kreme donuts to a whole new level.
Larry Ressler has been camped outside of a store that hasn't even opened yet for the past 4 days! Ressler is first in line for the grand opening of the new Krispy Kreme on Battlefield Boulevard.
When the store opens Tuesday, he'll be the lucky winner of free donuts for an entire year!
But for Larry, it's not all about the donuts.
"My children and grandchildren asked that I do it under a dare. So I ended up coming out here and taking the challenge," he says.
Larry won't be the only one to walk away with a prize. Customers 2 - 100 get a free dozen donuts every month for a year.
The store opens Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
