Virginia Beach, Va. - Senator Marco Rubio spoke Sunday evening at the Virginia Beach Convention Center.
Rubio was the fourth presidential hopeful to visit Hampton Roads in less than a week.

Dr. Ben Carson is scheduled to appear Monday afternoon at Regent and Hillary Clinton will speak in Norfolk Monday night.
