Waverly, Va. - There's still a lot to clean up after tornados ripped through Waverly.
Folks were asked to stay inside again so Dominion Power crews and others could get down the narrow streets of this small town.
A local church was devastated in this storm and members say they will rebuild.

Many in the small town are mourning the loss of three lives, but they are promising to rebuild.
