“We knew we needed to start getting to work,” said band member Chris Martin. “We decided that we wanted to make it about togetherness.”
Joining the British rock band is pop queen Beyoncé, and when asked whether the group were Beyoncé fans they said “Of course we love Beyonce’s music,” the group said. “He’s one of our all-time favorites.”
Beyoncé headlined Super Bowl XLVII two years ago in New Orleans, where Destiny’s Child bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams made an appearance.
But if the band could name one of their favorite Beyoncé songs, what would it be?
“It’s gotta be single ladies,” said Chris Martin. “It’s a big hit in my house.”
