Virginia Beach, Va.- Virginia Beach Fire Department crews responded to a house fire in the 1900 block of Winterhaven Court on Tuesday morning.
Officials say the call about the fire came in at 5:55 a.m.
According to the VBFD, the fire was contained to the garage and placed under control within 10 minutes.
Smoke damage was present throughout the interior of the home.
Two people had to be treated for smoke inhalation and transported to the hospital for further evaluation.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
