Virginia Beach, VA.- Two people were forced out of their home Tuesday morning after a fire started in a bedroom of their home.
Fire crews were called to a home on Glenfield Court just before 3:00 a.m. Investigators say heavy flames and smoke were coming out of a bedroom on the second floor. It took about 15 minutes to get the fire under control. The rest of the home had smoke damage throughout.
Two residents had minor injuries for breathing in too much smoke, but did not have to be taken to the hospital.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
