Police searching for man who tried to steal generator from  Virginia Beach Walmart

Walmart GeneratorVirginia Beach, Va. – Police are looking for a man who attempted to steal a generator from the Walmart at 2021 Lynnhaven Parkway on December 16th.

The man in the aqua beanie placed a “Powercraft Generator” valued at $150 in his shopping cart, then passed all points of sale without paying.

He fled the scene when confronted by store security.

Although the generator was recovered police still need to identify him.

The suspect is described as a white male, 6’1” and 180lbs.

Tipsters will remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward up to $1,000 if their information leads to an arrest.
