Norfolk, Virginia – Officials have determined the death of a man found unconscious behind a Walmart on North Military Highway has died of natural causes.
Police found 55-year-old Richard L. Winters around 2:45 a.m. lying on the ground not breathing.
Winters was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
