Norfolk, Va. – An elderly Norfolk woman who suffers from dementia has been missing since New Year’s Day.
According to police, Delcina Owens, 81, was last seen Friday around 10 p.m. at her home in the 5500 block of Poplar Hall Dr.
She was last seen wearing a pink pajama top, black and pink pants, and tan boots. She is about 4′ 6″, weighs around 105 pounds and wears an identification bracelet.
Owens has Alzheimer’s Disease and walks with a cane.
