Norfolk, Va. – Norfolk Police found a man shot multiple times in the 1000 block of Hugo St. Friday night.
According to police, around 11:30 p.m. dispatchers received several calls about a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found a 36-year-old man lying in the street who had been shot.
He was rushed to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with serious injuries.
24-year-old Ceason D. Moore Jr. is wanted in connection with this crime.
