Norfolk, Virginia - A 21-year-old man has been arrested and charged with Malicious Wounding for a shooting that occurred early December 1st.
Police found a 20-year-old man who had been shot in the neck in the 1100 block of West Ocean View Avenue that morning. The man was shot in the 1800 block of Kingston Avenue around 1:00am, according to police dispatchers.
He was transported to the hospital for treatment. The severity of his injuries is unknown.
It is unclear at this time how the victim got to West Ocean View Avenue.
Police say the two men were involved in an argument before the shooting occurred.
