Virginia Beach, Va. - Crossfit Accolade is sending five athletes to the prestigious American Open in Reno, Nevada. This competition is the final opportunity for these athletes to set a total for the year, including the chance to set an American record for their age category,
The Crossfit Accolade Barbell team has over 20 olympic weightlifting style athletes, nine who are nationally ranked and 6 who have qualified for this open.
The American Open is December 3-6th.
