Counterfeit $100 bills passed at 4 James City County businesses

James City County, Va. – Four different James City County businesses have received counterfeit $100 bills this month, according to the James City County Police.

Police say between November 5th and November 6th, the counterfeit bills were passed by an unknown black female and two unknown black males at the Food Lion stores on Richmond Road and John Tyler Highway, the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Casey Boulevard, and the Shell Station on Barhamsville Road.
