Norfolk, Va. – Norfolk Police are searching for a robbery suspect who shot two men just off of Norfolk State University’s campus on Saturday night.
Police were called to the 1500 block of Corprew Avenue around 7:15 p.m.
When officers arrived they found two men, both 24-years-old, who were shot. The victims stated that an unknown armed man approached them while they were walking and demanded money.
Police say the men complied, and the suspect shot both of them.
They were taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The suspect is described as 18-20-years-old, around 6’0″-6’2″, and was wearing a green-hooded sweatshirt, jeans, and a knit cap.
