Suffolk, Va. – A 23-year-old man has been charged with sexually assaulting a female juvenile in Suffolk on Saturday.
The assault allegedly happened at a residence in the 200 block of Cedar Street in downtown Suffolk.
Police who arrived that evening determined that an alleged sexual assault had occurred involving Laron Cortez Baker-Pierce and the juvenile.
Baker-Pierce was arrested and charged with Aggravated Sexual Battery – Victim Under 13. Child Protective Services was notified and the investigation is ongoing.
