Roanoke, Va. - On Thursday night, mourners gathered in front of WDBJ to honor the lives of two murdered journalists Alison Parker and Adam Ward.

They were killed during a live shot on Wednesday morning. Police say the killer was a former co-worker and reporter, Vester Williams.

They're also calling on lawmakers to address gun violence. Allison parker's father has been speaking passionately on the topic.

Folks we spoke with at the vigil say they're fed up with the violence.

"I'm just really sick of it. I'm just fed up. This is a terrible thing," says a resident.

Attorney General Mark Herring attended the vigil.
