Newport News, Va. – A man and woman were arrested Monday evening for a public sex act on 29th street.
Police responded to the 200 block of 29th Street at 6:03pm for reports of the sex act. When officers arrived they found a 44-year-old Kia Lavonne Dabney and 44-year-old Thomas A. Robinson engaging in the act in public view.
Dabney was arrested and charged with one count each of indecent exposure and public intoxication.
Robinson was charged with one count each of indecent exposure, public intoxication and possession of marijuana.
Both were placed in the custody of the Newport News City Jail.
