They suspect has been identified as Daquiri Hines . They say he was identified through Facebook and has been charged with firing into an occupied dwelling. He's 20-years-old and lives in the 7200 block of Oakmont Drive.

Police did not inform NewsChannel 3 about this development.

Two others are still on the loose.

Virginia Beach, Va. - On Tuesday, NewsChannel 3 got a glimpse into what happened as shots rang out in one Virginia Beach neighborhood.

The incident occurred in the 5600 block of Seawall Court. One person was injured.

Police say they received a call around 12:35 a.m. reporting several people hanging around in a parking lot being loud and that the person thought she heard a shot. NewsChannel 3 has now obtained the recording of Virginia Beach Fire and EMS dispatch from that night as they responded to the scene.

Officers arrived at 12:49 a.m. and stayed on scene for about 25 minutes, according to Virginia Beach Police. Officers spoke to several people and told them to go inside.

Officers remained in the area after they left to monitor the situation.

Around 2:10 a.m., an officer driving by heard gunshots. Shortly after, reports of a gunshot wound and shots fired were called in.

One of the bullets almost hit one-year-old Kali who was sleeping on her dad's couch at the time.

"I just grabbed her and we got on the ground," says the child's father.

Neighbors along Seawall Court say several cars and apartments were hit with bullets, and in some cases, the bullets went through residents' homes.

"It went right through my living room, onto the dining room, and through my neighbors upstairs apartment," says a resident on Seawall Court. "I was scared but I was furious, anybody could have been in the living room watching TV."

One woman says her car was shot more than five times.

"I hid in the kitchen on the floor. It's the only place that didn't have a window or door."

Now she has to pay for repairs.

The victim was transported to Virginia Beach General with non life-threatening injuries.

Detra McLendon says she spoke with the victim.

"It was just a small hole on both sides of his leg. So it went through one leg and came out the other. He said there was just a spray of bullets, these guys were just hanging out the cars shooting and he was just hit in the leg," says McLendon.

Police have not made any arrests and they have not said exactly what led up to the shooting. Now they are confirming what neighbors said all along. There was a large party at one of the apartments there.

One woman recorded video of a crowd spilling out into the parking lot.

"I look around the corner and someone is shooting in the air, literally shooting in the air," says Brittany Williams, the woman who recorded the video. "I ran after I heard five shots. I hit the cut. I ran, I didn't look back. I kept running and I still heard shots."

There are no suspect leads at this time.
