Virginia Beach, Va. – Virginia Beach Police are trying to locate a man wanted for several outstanding warrants.
Devin Lee Rippel, 30, has outstanding warrants for Manufacture Controlled Substance, Possession with Intent to Distribute, Sale or Distribute Marijuana.
His last known address was in the 900 block of Rudee Avenue in Virginia Beach.
