Suffolk Police officers were called to the restaurant just after midnight regarding reports that a woman was refusing to pay her tab and arguing with staff. When officers arrived, a restaurant employee was pointing to a Ford Excursion leaving the parking lot.

Officers stopped the vehicle and made contact with 27-year-old Danielle Dawn Harrell of Portsmouth.

Harrell confirmed that there were 12 people in the vehicle, including two of her own children.

Warrants for DUI with Child and two counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor were issued and served to Harrell. She was also issued summons for defective equipment, and three counts of transporting a child without a child restraint device.

Unidentified prescription pills were also found in Harrell's possession. They were collected and sent to a lab for identification.
