Every now and then we have to deliberately push ourselves outside our comfort zones to see what we’ve got! This July, I’m setting out to do that by committing to exercising at least 30 minutes a day for every day of the month. 31 days!
When I make it to the end (sweet baby Jesus) some of my friends in fitness and I will donate a few months of gym memberships/ bootcamps to a few people at random (Onelife Fitness, Anytime Fitness and Body by Ken Bootcamp for Women). It has been a huge blessing to share my fitness journey with you over the last few years (90 pounds down with healthier eating and exercise). Now it’s time to take action and challenge myself and you get the results!
