Man arrested for Wells Fargo, Fulton Bank robberies

UPDATE: On May 27th, police received several Crime Solvers tips. Using that information, detectives were able to identify the man responsible for this bank robbery and another that occurred May 14th at the Fulton Bank at 1616 Laskin Road.

Jason Edward Knoble, 31, was arrested and charged with two counts of Robbery. He is being held in the Virginia Beach Correctional Center without bond.


Virginia Beach, Va. – Virginia Beach police are investigating a robbery that happened at a Wells Fargo Bank Saturday morning.

An unknown man entered the bank and gave the teller a note demanding cash at the Wells Fargo Bank located at 675 Lynnhaven Parkway around 11:24 a.m.

The man left in an unknown direction with money. There was no weapon or injuries during this incident.

The suspect is described as a white male, 30-40 years old, 5’7-5’9 around 160 lbs with light brown hair. He was wearing a blue Polo button-up dress shirt, blue and white ball cap, jeans and white shoes. He was wearing glasses and was unshaven with a possible goatee.  He had no tattoos or other marks.
